Annual invitation to a reception with the CEO, staff and the Board of Trustees
To become a benefactor, arrange that a donation be given to the Rio Grande Hospital in your
will or through any other instrument. The amount will not be known to the Rio Grande
Hospital or any other party involved with the Legacy Support Group.
There are several areas to which you may designate your gift:
The General Endowment Fund (document available on request),
A specific use for your Endowment Funds,
The General Operating Fund,
Or, you can designate more than one of the above with stated amounts or percentages of how
you wish the funds to be divided.
Please remember: Because of the estate-tax charitable deduction,
a bequest gift can significantly reduce the tax burden on your estate; discuss this with your
tax advisor.

That you have made the decision to prepare the proper documentation to bequeath to the Rio
Grande Hospital
or already have the documents in place.
Do NOT submit any of the documents with the letter.
Your decision to participate in the Legacy Support Group
will help assure the continued operation of the hospital for many years and generations to come
and is so valuable to the community.
It also gives you the satisfaction of knowing you are providing others
in the future with the opportunity to have the hospital services available to them.
